Anytime you participate in communion, you are participating in a covenant that is greater than every other covenant. If other covenants can break curses and prosper people, then this covenant has more power. If you are not partaking of the Blood of Jesus Christ there is no life in you (John 6:53). Because of the power in the Blood you are signing up for your own resurrection! (John 6:55-56, 63) How do you get life from the bread and wine? By faith. When you receive it by faith the Holy Spirit comes and gives life – “Because you belong to Jesus Christ I lift you out of this pit.”
