One word, one passage, one Spirit-led moment can change everything. When the sovereign Holy Spirit takes the Word of God and releases it through a yielded life, that Word comes with power to break strongholds, bring healing, and open doors that seemed impossible. What could not be accomplished through years of human effort can happen in a moment when the Word and the Spirit come together. The key is not in our ability, but in our willingness to surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Let us become a people of the Word and the Spirit, ready to speak when He leads, move when He moves, and trust Him to accomplish what only He can do.
The psalmist, likely King David, continually came to the refuge of God, continually put his hope in Him and continually praised Him despite the continual attacks from his enemy. He undoubtedly set an example of trusting in God for all of God’s people. This is a result of his continual walk with God throughout his life.
