TAMI has a heart and desire to provide for the spiritual and physical needs of impoverished people of the world. Pastor Alias from TAMI Dubai developed an organization called CARITAS to help meet these needs. ZAMIE has partnered with this organization and set up an arm’s length organization.
CARITAS GLOBAL OUTREACH FOUNDATION was incorporated in 2017 in Canada and United States with four objectives:
- Relief of Poverty
- Advancement of Education
- Advancement of Religion
- Other Charitable projects related to improvement of people and living conditions. Some examples would be orphanages, building educational facilities, building churches, temporary recovery rooms or safe homes for pregnant single women, or victims of abuse and /or addiction recovery.
CARITAS GLOBAL OUTREACH FOUNDATION has an elected board of directors registered with the Alberta Government and is also closely affiliated with ZAMIE. This organization raises funds from outside the church as ZAMIE also has a very active Missions Program that does some similar projects. CARITAS is set up as a non-religious organization although its board is very committed to sharing the gospel as it carries out its four objectives. CARITAS is seeking donations from private donors, businesses, government grants and other such sources. If you have information on sources, we could approach please inform us through this website.
We are all aware of the dire needs throughout the world and most of these have not heard of Jesus who can take care of our needs. CARITAS wishes to introduce the gospel message as it also supplies physical relief to people throughout the world.
