Cell Groups

ZAMIE’s Filipino Cell was formed to cater to the needs of the Filipino community at ZAMIE. This cell meets every Saturday for a time of praise and worship, studying from the Word of God and fellowship. These meetings have resulted in ZAMIE developing closer bonds within the Filipino community – both to individuals and families. This cell group is also instrumental in proclaiming Christ to the Filipino community in Edmonton and providing them a place to belong.

The All Nations Cell meets on the last Saturday of each month. The meetings are well attended by some members of ZAMIE, others who worship in other churches in the city and non-believers who are exposed to the love of Jesus Christ through the Word of God, answered prayers and Christian fellowship. We start with praise and worship, testimonies, sharing of the Word and a time of prayer.

If you are someone seeking for a community driven by prayer and fellowship, you are welcome at ZAMIE’s All Nations Cell! We have numerous testimonies of God moving mightily through answered prayer! We are involved in supporting believers in prayer and counselling during the week. We use some of the sermons preached on Sunday and Bible Studies and modify them to cater to the diversity of our group. We also discuss about real issues facing Christians in the world today. We are actively involved in raising funds to support ZAMIE’s missions initiatives.

ZAMIE Malayalam cell group is a community for the Malayalam speaking members. We experience the manifested presence of God in all our meetings. The Word of God being proclaimed each week leads us to a fresh renewal of our hearts and an increased zeal to serve. We are blessed to have some of our church elders and founding members part of our group. We have members and families in different stages of their life, but we come together and support each other as we serve the Lord. We have weekly intercessory prayers and the Saturday worship meetings are held in the church and occasionally in family homes. We get opportunities to be ministered by our Senior Pastor and Associate Pastors. Our church elders and other leaders also minister in our midst. The prayer, praise and worship and the Word proclamation have been a catalyst for our increased hunger to seek the face of God. We pray and invite others to join our group as we continue to be fruitful in winning souls and being a blessing to ZAMIE church and the City of Edmonton.
