Young Adults Retreat

You’re invited to join us for an unforgettable weekend away with fellow young adults as we grow together in faith, build meaningful friendships, and enjoy time in God’s presence.

New This Year!

We’re excited to introduce an optional Leadership Day on Friday before the main retreat begins. This additional day is designed for those who want to grow deeper in leadership and discipleship through intentional conversations, dedicated teaching, and an opportunity to ask our pastor questions in a relaxed and interactive setting before the rest of the group arrives.

Also, we’re excited to share that Young Adults will be hosted at the retreat centre (Birch Bay Ranch) on Thursday, September 10th at 7:30pm!

Registration Options & Pricing

Thursday – Sunday ➤ $250
Friday – Sunday ➤ $170
Saturday – Sunday ➤ $135
Saturday Only ➤ $85

Your registration includes:

Accommodations, for those staying overnight
Meals during your registered stay
Two camp activities (tentatively the Super Zip Line and Archery)
For those interested, Birch Bay Ranch also offers a Trail Lesson (Horseback Riding) for an additional $17 per person – FIRST COME FIRST SERVE

Consider: If you would like financial assistance to attend the retreat or would like to support the ZAMIE Young Adults Ministry, please contact Jolene, Darene, or Yves. We don’t want finances to prevent anyone from being part of this retreat. (Contributions toward the ZAMIE Young Adults Ministry help support a variety of ministry initiatives, events, and ongoing programs.)

Camp Rules

To help provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, please note the following Birch Bay Ranch policies:
No pets are permitted on the property.
Alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
No vaping allowed on property.
Do not feed the horses.

Deadline

The registration deadline is Friday, August 21_^st.
Please do not wait until the last minute to register
Payment is due no later than September 4_^th, however payment confirms your registration so we encourage you to submit your payment at the same time that you register.
If you cannot meet this date and need additional time please make sure to communicate this with us and we can work with you. Any registration without payment beyond this date, with no alternate arrangements will be considered canceled.
